What personal data do we store?

We can store the following personal data of customers: name, surname, personal identification number or date of birth of natural persons, declared residential address, address of the protected object, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number.

How do we use personal data?

We use your data to fulfill the obligations assumed in the previously concluded contract, including providing you with high-quality security services, quickly and promptly responding to alarms, identifying you, performing technical work, answering your questions, as well as accounting and marketing needs. For certain purposes, such as sending a commercial message, your consent is required. Data processing is carried out for specific purposes and only in accordance with them.

What personal data is transferred to third parties?

We care about your privacy, so your personal data will never be disclosed or sold to third parties for purposes not mentioned in this policy. Your personal data may be transferred to trusted partners (security and technical support companies) that provide specific services. Data may be released to law enforcement authorities based on the request of a competent public official, and we are also obligated to disclose customer information to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

How do we store personal data?

Personal data is processed in Latvia and is not sent outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. We have taken reasonable steps to maintain the correctness and accuracy of personal data and to ensure data security. Various modern technologies and safety programs at different levels are used for these purposes, and employee training is also provided. Personal data is stored for the duration of the security service contract, as well as for the period provided for in the regulatory acts, after which the data is deleted.

You have the right to check any data related to you, to request correction, deletion or addition of incorrectly specified data, to prohibit the use of your data for purposes not related to the provision of security services, as well as other data subject rights provided for in regulatory acts. By agreeing to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your opinion and withdraw your consent at any time, if the data processing is based on your consent, but this will not affect the processing that has already been carried out. If we process your personal data based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing, although in some cases this may mean that our service will no longer be available to you.
